

My art education started in my teenage years with Museum Art classes in Worcester, MA. where I was born and raised. I worked in sculpture and ceramics in the work/study program of Berea College in Berea, Ky. I have studied at the California College of the Arts in Oakland , at the College of the Redwoods, Fort Bragg, independently with Loise Smith in Berkeley and in Mendocino with Hope Stevenson, Ron Artaud, and E. John Robinson.
I have taught art at the Oakland Jewish Com-munity Center, in the Oakland as well as Berkeley Public Schools.
I Exhibited at the Second Interior Valley Competition, The Richmond Art Center, Davis-Bynum Winery, Healdsburg, Mendocino Art Center, Mendocino County Savings Bank, Headlands Cafe, The Fensalden Inn, The Bleiu Gallery, The Deb-Art Bookstore, and the Highlight Gallery of Mendocino. I have done
Commissioned paintings for Dr. Richard White and Dr. and Mrs Kenneth Black.
I have been painting portraits for twelve years. And am a member of the
Mendocino Plein-air Painting Group.
